Open Position: Full Time Site Manager at Onondaga Physical Therapy

A day at Onondaga Physical Therapy: 

  • Uphold Operating Principles, Core Values, Vision, Mission 
  • Collaborate with Team Personnel to Achieve an Excellent Patient Care Experience 
  • Oversee Day to Day Operations of the Site(s)
  • Coordination of Office Staff Schedule 
  • Assist with Daily Administrative Functions Including Use of EMR
  • Administrative Reporting
  • Oversee Clinical and Administrative Staff within the Facility
  • Handling Patient Interactions Using EMR System
  • Answering Inbound Calls and Scheduling Patients   
  • Oversee Inventory and Supply Orders
  • Assist in the Interview, Review and Onboarding Process of new Staff 
  • Organize and Participate in Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000-$45,000
