Project Description

Why did you choose this profession?
I decided to become a physical therapist back when I was a Junior in high school. I knew I wanted to be in the medical field and I also knew I never wanted to be confined to a desk all day. Then I found Physical Therapy and realized it was my calling. It blended my love of exercise and helping people in a way that I never knew was possible.
What is your best quality as a professional?
My best quality as a professional is my genuine desire to improve peoples’ lives. This is what motivates me everyday. This pushes me to be the best I can be for my patients and to learn everything that I can to give my patients the best tools for success.
What do you find most interesting about your job?
The most interesting thing I find about being a Physical Therapist is the ability to always find creative solutions. My goal is to make the rehabilitation process as applicable to my patients lives as possible, to help them achieve their goals.
I also love the idea of giving patients the tools that they need to be successful on their individual path to recovery. I want them to feel empowered to achieve all of their goals independently and live the best quality of life possible. That is what Physical Therapy is all about!
Interests and Hobbies?
I love anything that allows me to be active or outdoors. I love weight lifting, playing lacrosse, fishing, hunting, hiking, snowboarding, longboarding, wakeboarding, boating . I have a passion for traveling and experiencing new cultures (especially the food)! I also love to nerd out about Star Wars and Game of Thrones.
Did you know?
I played 4 years of Lacrosse at Nazareth College.
What are some of your Favorites?
My favorite sports team is the Baltimore Ravens. My favorite food is chicken riggies, the spicier the better!
