Why did you choose this profession?

I always knew I wanted to pursue a career in the medical field however, it wasn’t until I sustained an injury playing soccer in high school where I attended physical therapy that inspired me to consider the profession as a career.

What is your best quality as a professional?

Some of my best qualities as a professional are my abilities to quickly adapt, effectively communicate and listen, especially in interdisciplinary teams and in one on one settings, as well as my ability to empathize with my patients and their families.

Interests and hobbies?

I enjoy photography, skiing, bowling, cooking, painting, traveling and hanging out with family and my dogs Moose, Auggie and Chloe.

I had a photograph displayed in the Everson Museum in Syracuse in 2023.

What do you find most compelling about your job?

The most interesting thing to me about my job is that no two patients are exactly the same. I enjoy the fact that I have to be creative and think outside the box, even in cases where individuals may have the same medical diagnosis. PT is always changing and challenging me to be the best therapist I can be for the benefit of my patients.
