Why did you choose this profession?

I’ve always had a strong passion for solving math problems and logical thinking, which led me to pursue a degree in engineering. Alongside my academic pursuits, I was a university athlete, which exposed me to the frequent occurrence of injuries in sports. This experience ignited my interest in healthcare and sparked a desire to help others.

Combining my love for math with this newfound healthcare interest, I found a way to balance both worlds. I realized I could use my analytical and problem-solving skills to make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially in handling insurance and claims.

What is your best quality as a professional?

My strongest qualities include being organized, having a keen attention to detail, and possessing a natural curiosity.

Interests and hobbies?

I have a deep passion for traveling, capturing the beauty of places that truly amaze me through photos and videos. I am an avid gamer, both on computers and mobile devices. Additionally, I have a profound love for animals, where I’ve nurtured a variety of pets including hamsters, rabbits, dogs, and fish.

Besides playing soccer, I also competed in esports, proudly representing our city and country in many tournaments.

What do you find most compelling about your job?

Knowing that your work ensures patients receive the healthcare coverage they deserve can be fulfilling. Also, resolving billing issues and denied claims can be intellectually satisfying.
