Why did you choose this profession?

I chose this profession because I have a strong passion for helping people improve their quality of life and ability to participate in activities they enjoy.

What is your best quality as a professional?

I am known for having a calming presence and caring personality which makes me easy to work with especially for people who are in pain and discomfort.

Interests and hobbies?

I enjoy baking sourdough bread, gardening and caring for my plants, camping, hiking, biking, reading, fishing/ice fishing, and trying out new restaurants and community events.

Did you know?

In college I was a Student Athletic Trainer for Clarkson University’s D1 hockey teams and D3 men’s lacrosse, basketball, and soccer teams.

What do you find most compelling about your job?

I am a certified vestibular rehab specialist and have a special interest in helping individuals who suffer from dizziness, imbalance, headache pain, and falls.

What are some of your Favorites?

My favorites are Marcellus Lanes’ Ice Cream, Coffee from Byrne Dairy, Trivia at Asil’s Pub, going to concerts in the summer, long bike rides in the park, and searching for mushrooms in the woods.

What are you doing in the Community?

I am the Chair of a Scientific Review Committee for the Terra Northeast Regional STEM Fair, as I have a passion for helping foster children’s interest in the STEM field.
