Key Responsibilities

  • Operational & Team Leadership: Direct day-to-day clinic operations, manage workflow efficiency, and foster a collaborative, positive team culture.

  • Clinical Excellence: Conduct thorough evaluations and deliver 1-on-1, 40-minute treatment sessions focused on individualized, patient-centered goals.

  • Staff Mentorship: Support and develop clinical and front-office staff through ongoing coaching, active mentorship, and performance reviews.

  • Practice Growth & KPIs: Partner with executive leadership to monitor clinic metrics, manage patient retention, and build local community relationships to maintain strong patient volume.

  • Compliance & Technology: Leverage AI-assisted point-of-care documentation while ensuring adherence to insurance procedures, clinical quality, and regulatory standards.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $71,500.00 – $80,500.00 per year
