They really care if you’re making progress. They listen to you.

The nice part about Onondaga physical therapy is they work with you one on one or other places a therapist is working with two or three people at the same time. So when you’re being treated at Onondaga physical therapy and you’re being treated one on one you get better attention to make sure you’re doing the exercises properly. Shivani and Bobbi are terrific! This is my 3rd time using Onondaga PT, and am very pleased each time with the levels of professionalism and positivity shown by them.

The staff is pleasant and friendly. They always ask how you are doing and that helps me believe they have a holistic approach to their care. They are patient and check in with you regularly to ensure that you are doing okay with the exercises.

I’ve had several sessions of PT with Emma and one with Bobby, it’s absolute pleasure to work with them.
Everything is so well developed in the program, it carries out a huge load of new approaches and carefully constructed work out.
Highly recommend as a choice for one’s treatments.

My primary experience with Onondaga Physical Therapy - Dewitt, has be with the therapist, Emma Madonna. I cannot say enough good about her, she is knowledgeable, helpful, capable, professional and more - everything I could hope for with a health therapist. I suffered my issue during my weightlifting exercise and the fact that Emma also lifts boosted my confidence in her knowledge and skill, although it was clear after a few sessions she is overwhelmingly able to guide and help regardless of the person's particulars. To say I am a fan is a significany understatement.
Concerning Onondaga Physical Therapy - Dewitt, aside from Emma, I would say that initial scheduling was a problem and can't say much about rescheduling after that but it might be an area of concern.. .
