I started PT in Baldwinsville 2 weeks ago and when I walked in my range of motion in my neck was so limited that it was hard to drive and very painful. With their patience and expertise, I have greatly improved. They are gentle, yet effective. They ask the right questions, find the problem areas and work their magic. I had pt at the Bville location, and was impressed by the care and quality rehab that I received. In a period of 2 months I was able to overcome the pain in the shoulder that I had been dealing with for months. Travis did a good job of understanding my issues and coming up with a plan to deal with it. I would highly recommend this location for anyone needing care.

I had a much better experience than I expected. My previous interactions with physical therapy were very impersonal, so I was pleasantly surprised to find the team at the Baldwinsville site warm and friendly. Everything, including the scheduling, was efficient and patient oriented.
Although I hope I don't have reason to receive therapy again, if I did I would certainly chose them again!

Punctual, ALWAYS smiling and genuinely interested in what I have to say. She will make accommodations with my treatment based on how I am feeling. Thorough with note taking and communicating with my doctor. The facility is super clean and very inviting. I would highly recommend Onondaga PT.

I highly recommend Onondaga Physical Therapy. I enrolled at the Cicero NY office. Sarah C. is my physical therapist and I could not have had a better experience. She is friendly, experienced and really cares that you have the best outcome possible. She develops a program specifically for you and expands it as you go along. I am doing amazingly better after a knee injury and I credit Sarah’s knowledge and TLC for that!

Went in for some PT for my foot. Antoinette did a great job! The exercises she provided were effective and easy to continue to use at home. After a few weeks I was able to feel improved strength in my foot, anke and leg. Would definitely recommend!

I was fortunate to work with Antoinette for six wks before my total knee replacement and for six wks after my surgery. Antoinette is very knowledgeable and helped me a great deal to prepare for this surgery. Having PT before surgery was very important because it made my recovery after the replacement easier than what some people have gone through with this type of surgery. Antoinette is a great therapist as she challenges you to do your best. I would highly recommend her to folks needing a great physical therapist.

I had a great experience at Onondaga Physical Therapy. I never really thought PT would be beneficial, but I was pleasantly surprised with the process, journey, and results. When I started, I had a lot of pain that made daily activities difficult. I found OPT to have a welcoming atmosphere with a friendly and helpful staff. I have had a very good experience here. The therapist I have had is professional, considerate, and helpful. Scheduling is easy. My one word of caution is that the Dewitt office is not truly accessible. There is a ramp, but no automatic button to open the door. You would need someone with you if you use anything more than just a cane.

My experience at Onondaga Physical Therapy was beyond outstanding! I had a slight tear in my rotator cuff which dibilitated me for the first time in my life to the point that I could barely lift my arm and I couldn’t workout at my gym. I worked with Deanne twice a week for 4 months and in the beginning I thought I’d never regain full range of motion. Deanne assured me it was going to take time but I’d get there. She was so right ! It took 4 months but without her it wouldn’t have been possible. Her positive energy and encouragement was what helped me to full recovery and getting released and back to the gym! I have had a few sessions with Emma and she was absolutely wonderful! I have never done physical therapy before and Onondaga Physical Therapy made the process so easy from setting up appointments to the sessions themselves and the at home program. I am very pleased with the Liverpool office. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and efficient. I can't say enough good things about Dr Caitlin Size. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, supportive.
This is my 2nd time under her care and in the future if/when I need PT hopefully she will be available. I miss her pleasant conversations while administering her sometimes unpleasant therapy.

I looked up many PT places including all their reviews and I excitedly settled on Onondaga Physical Therapy on Old Liverpool Rd (They have multiple locations). Besides great reviews their web page is informative and easy to navigate. Their location was easy to find and lots of parking. If the receptionist is out there's a screen check-in. It actually dials someone and they appear on screen to assist. Each therapist works with only one person at a time which makes the appointments more beneficial! Emma is fantastic and everyone else seems nice. Emma always makes sure I'm scheduled out 3-4 weeks so I know my progress will continue without interruption. The PT area is clean and organized, the lighting isn't blinding bright so I feel more calm during my appointment, and when the music is on it's down low enough you don't have to compete with the noise. I highly recommend Onondaga Physical Therapy.

This facility is clean and welcoming. The front end office manager, Chris, is friendly and helpful! Weekly Wisdom newsletters are available in the waiting area. My Physical Therapist was absolutely spectacular. Very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during my appointments. I would recommend her to any patient. My issue lies, however, with the practice itself. Their attendance policy apparently states that if you have a Monday appointment (which mine always were because I have an extremely busy schedule), you have to cancel by 3 pm on Friday, any other day it's just 24 hours in advance. So when life gets in the way and you contract the flu, for example, you better know by Friday to cancel your appointment that's 3 days in the future. Otherwise you get charged a no-show fee. There were two circumstances that I called on Sunday very early leaving a message describing what's going on and that I physically cannot be there and did not matter. There is no empathy and no caring for the patient as a whole. Policy or not. There is no "give", no understanding. And the office manager, by the way, was very condescending and kept saying "well policy is policy, not our problem you don't agree with it. If you can't uphold your end of the bargain should we just remove you from the practice then?". Any other doctor's office understands that if a patient calls on a weekend for their Monday appointment because they're sick and can't make it- they're sick and can't make it. You can't predict 3 days in advance what is going to happen in your life.

Onondaga PT in Fairmount is wonderful! Chris mans the front "desk" and seems to handle everything except the actual therapy. He is very pleasant and accommodating. My therapist, Dr. Enas Eraqi, is very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining the body, how it works, what is wrong and how to fix it. She is kind and patient, and passes no judgement. The exercises she has taught me have been very beneficial in getting my overactive bladder under control. She has motivated me to continue the exercises even though my therapy sessions have ended. I can't say enough good things about Onondaga PT in Fairmount. I don't think you can do any better!!
