My therapist evaluated the problem and began trying different stretches to alleviate it. After about 3 visits and diligent home exercising, the pain was reduced, my gait was more normal and we began to work on strengthening. I am done with PT and continuing to work on strength and endurance at the gym and in everyday activities.

I have been extremely happy with Onondaga Physical Therapy and Sarah my therapist. I do not think I would be progressing so well after my surgery without her help. Punctual, ALWAYS smiling and genuinely interested in what I have to say. She will make accommodations with my treatment based on how I am feeling. Thorough with note taking and communicating with my doctor. The facility is super clean and very inviting. I would highly recommend Onondaga PT.
