During our sport-specific rehabilitation, we progress our patients through more than just standard weight training. In order to get back to your pre-injury level, you need a comprehensive approach that progresses you from basic weight training, to exercises that incorporate balance and proprioception. As you continue to progress, agility exercises for quickness and plyometric training for explosive movements will be incorporated.
Finally, our exercise programs start to mimic the actual motions your body requires of you in your sport. This will allow for you to return to your sport prepared and with the least risk for re-injury.
