Why did you choose this profession?
Growing up, I was always active in sports and exercise, which sparked my interest in health and fitness. I also knew I wanted a career where I could make a positive impact on people’s lives. Physical therapy stood out to me because it combines both of those passions—it allows me to stay connected to the world of movement and wellness while helping others recover, improve, and thrive.
What is your best quality as a professional?
My strongest quality is my ability to connect with people. I genuinely care about helping and motivating others to reach their goals and improve their quality of life.
Interests and hobbies?
I love being outdoors and staying active — whether it’s hiking, playing sports, or doing yoga. I also cherish time spent with friends and family.
Did you know?
I was a competitive roller speed skater for over 10 years, dedicating more than 7,000 hours to the sport.
What do you find most compelling about your job?
No two days are ever the same. Each patient brings a unique story, challenge, and goal. I love the opportunity to tailor my approach, learn about each individual, and empower them on their journey. At the end of the day, it’s incredibly rewarding to know I’ve helped someone feel and live better.

What are you doing in the Community?
I’m always looking for new ways to get involved and give back — whether it’s through volunteering, local events, or exploring opportunities to support health and wellness in the community.
