I highly recommend Onondaga Physical Therapy. I was with them for 6 months during my concussion recovery and saw both Lauren and Alyssa during that time. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there. They both listened to my needs, were able to modify my treatment plan based on my progress and offered constructive tweaks to exercises to meet me where my recovery was at that time. They are compassionate professionals who excel at what they do. I had difficulty with oculomotor tracking and headaches as well as locked neck post injury, so it was difficult to read, walk, or think without discomfort. They helped me get back to work and functioning and I'm forever grateful for their expertise and kindness. 10/10!

Working with both Nick and Alyssa was a fantastic experience. Their knowledge and ability to provide me with exercises I can do at home made my shoulder/neck/back pain almost disappear! They are patient, kind, and extremely good at what they do. In the future, if I or any friend/family member needs PT, I am sending them to this office!

Nicholas seems to be a very good therapist he helped me out quite a bit I got a car accident and hurt my neck and shoulder and that they said it was a pinched nerve I've been going there Nicholas and working with me and I feel at least 80% better

I was concerned about what to expect and effectiveness. After the first visit I felt fully informed and comfortable. Service is one-on-one. The environment is welcoming and professional.
